I would think so, and I think their boat is worth quite a bit to some collector.

From what I understood at the press conference, he actually lifted the tarp and saw him, then ran into the house.
If I'd been in the vicinity in which they were searching for a possibly armed terrorist and I saw the blood leading to and on my boat, I would have never lifted the cover. I'd just run in and call 911 right away.
He does deserve a reward, but there should be a second one for teh crazy.
