Seems fairly easy, just become incorporated, corporations are people.

In plumbing, it's going to make a gory mess of the utilities everywhere in the country. Water lines will burst, gas and sewer will leak, high-pressure water, steam, industrial processes - all exploded in bloody sprays or worse. And don't even THINK about nuclear reactors.
