I hope the suspect makes a full recovery...

...and then, assuming the Intel is correct, spends the rest of his life in a deep dark hole somewhere unpleasant.

from last night's exchange of gunfire. Unlikely he wasn't hit as he rammed the car through the police's blockade.

Given that this will likely be prosecuted as federal charges where death penalty could apply.

At any rate, I am against the death penalty in any cases.
