Are they looking for a ghost? IMO, he bled out under a car or in someones backyard. (Original Post) CK_John Apr 2013 OP
Wouldn't one of the many dogs have discovered him right away? virgogal Apr 2013 #1

they found him dead or they have him in custody.

They're trying to tease accomplices out of the woodwork.

after he'd run a sufficient distance away. Remember, these guys didn't happen in a vacuum.

I want him taken alive, too, but by that time he might be some guy with a bleached buzz cut washing dishes in Topeka.

and he doesn't have to be in Watertown. Bridges connect it to multiple places south of the Charles. If you look at a map just of Watertown itself, it has a golf course on the north side, and a cemetery on its east side. He could hide out in either for a long time. If dogs have his scent, not as long, but to do a comprehensive search of either I'd think you'd first have to have some evidence he's hiding out in one of these two places.
And then there's the rest of the state, the country, and, if he can manage it, the world. More than likely he's around somewhere in that area, but you gotta figure he knows it very well, and knows the good hiding places.

If he's way more mobile than they think, that's the real problem. He might have slipped their perimeter in the night.
