I heard someone comment on CNN that, due to

the amount of bullets fired last night, the younger brother might have been wounded. His fear was that the boy found a place to nest and has bled out and died.

If there is a chance that this happened the voluntary lock down might last until they trip upon the guy.

It is kind of amazing that they have not found him yet.
