He was fairly light skinned in the photos from the original event and the one in the vid looked similar to him, but it's hard to tell at night with the car lights.

They are not connecting this naked guy to the MIT cop shooting or to the marathon. A second guy was handcuffed in Watertown but CNN doesn't know who or what he is connected to.
