Does anyone know who the guy yelling at the press conference and at CNN reporters is?

When the photos of the suspects were shown and they went to questions, someone started shouting from the audience and was quite clearly turned away from by the speaker. On CNN just now they were trying to do a report and there was someone loudly shouting nearby, causing them to stop for a moment. The reporter said that it was the same person that had disrupted the conference. I saw someone surrounded by cops briefly and then all was quiet.

Any idea who he was? I heard the words "Saudi Arabia" in his diatribe but couldn't make out anything else. I've been busy in RL so haven't been keeping up.
