This picture both saddens and inspires me.

Sandy Hook victim father Mark Barden speaking, along with other Sandy Hook family members, Gabby Giffords, Vice President Biden and President Obama's after yesterday's travesty of a vote in the Senate.

A combination of great sadness and bitter disappointment, yet also a sense of undying determination that our safety will not be held hostage by the likes of the NRA and the gun lobby.

Joe Biden's body language, especially, says it all.

The gun lobby will be held to account.

May karma work its magic on the corrupt cowards (and their enablers) who betrayed us all. They may think the pro-gunners are an obsessive one issue voter, but I can assure that I WILL NEVER FORGET. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE.

And that picture tells us why. It shows anger, defeat and determination!

Thank you, Tommy.
