from where the bombs went off. I don't understand the reports that this person of interest was filmed leaving a packpack there. Can anyone shed some light on this?

If that is, indeed, the explosive package, maybe it had a black lining. Or maybe there was a bag within the bag but looking for someone carrying a black bag seems misguided.

(10,572 posts)Notice the dark circle (blood) the bomb was not in that circle, I don't see how it could have caused the damage it did at that placement.
