Here is what we know about the Boston Bomber.

He has been arrested and not arrested.
He had a black bag and a beige bag.
He is "brown" and white.

I hope this clears it up for people.

Broken News maybe.

The fact that no arrest has been made is not breaking news, in fact its "no change in status" news. No one was arrested this morning, and at this time, that situation remains unchanged.

So we had on breaking news report to tell us about an arrest, and then new breaking news reports to tell us that the initial breaking news didn't happen.
