CBS BREAKING NEWS: Possible 3rd explosion at Boston Marathon.

According to reporter, police located possible bomb, and evacuated area before it went off.

Other reports indicate "sulfur smell." Character of smoke plumes (billious & dense) -- according to thus poster -- point to black powder-type substance. Further report that the 3rd alleged explosion was detonated by LEO due to appearance of triggering device.
