We make the worlds best big-boy toys, and grow the world's best madmen to show 'em off.

I say we send him a couple, with a support crew. The crew* is the secret - they'll smuggle in bongs, 27 cases of beer, and a bunch of M-80's, and help Kim run away from the generals and join the circus.

*For whatever reason (like the decline of piracy and the train circus) racing mechanics and crewmen are some of the most expert corrupters of youth and merchants of mayhem around...but they got no time to be arrested, and making enemies kills the party.
