Lisa Biron, a New Hampshire lawyer who worked with an anti-gay Christian-right organization, has been found guilty of child pornography after she videotaped her own daughter having sex with two men on several occasions.

According to Salon, Biron, 43, is facing a minimum sentence of 25 years after she was convicted by a jury on Thursday. It took the jury less than an hour to deliberate.

In November, Biron was arrested by the FBI and accused of eight felony counts after she videotaped a 14-year-old girl having sex with men. Later, the girl was identified as Biron's daughter.

Over and over we see that those who condemn others the loudest are often guilty of the same thing. What is it that makes people go nuts over what others are doing, but then do it themselves as secretly as they can? I wonder if the world of psychology has studied this much?

I think they are already deeply involved in their sexual proclivities, be they just alternative, or as in this case, very illegal, and screaming about other people's sexuality in merely a cover for them. The over the top, going nuts about it, is nothing but an act. Just my way of seeing it.

My experience is the more people focus on the lives, especially the private, intimate aspects of those lives, the more likely it is the person in question has "issues".

Her apparent "hatred" of LGBT individuals suggests that she has some very "non-traditional" views or life experience around these same issues.

The fact there was a video of her having sex with her daughter makes me sick. Not only is she clearly engaging in child abuse but if she is getting her "jollies" off of sex with her daughter she is either a pedophile and/or a homo or bi-sexual person herself.

I have always said, if someone simply offers a view that they are opposed to same-gender rights, marriage, etc. and leave it at that, this is simply ignorance or "personal opinion". When you have people that are actively engaged in supporting or fighting any social issue, there is smoke. There is something more going on than meets the eye.

Hopefully her incarceration will educate her that pedophilia, prostitution and child abuse don't pay.

But she will probably be out after 6 months for good behavior.

Why do we incarcerate someone who sells an ounce of marijuana for 10 years and let pedophiles out for good behavior? Our system of justice is NOT. It is a system of INjustice.
