If you were a Founding Father / Mother, with what you know today, what changes to the Constitution

would you try and put in to prevent the corpocracy we have today? Jefferson, Madison, Franklin and most of them did most things right but I am sure of they were around today and could see what is going on they would want to go back and change some things.

Maybe limits to how much of the market a corporation could have before breaking it up? Stricter laws to prevent banks from gambling with our money and the economy? Making corporate personhood unconstitutional.

I am sure there won't be a lack of ideas from this sharp crowd.

Recognizing the importance of the media as the fourth estate . . . require that no media enterprise can be owned or controlled by any person or group that also owns or controlls any non-journalistic business. This would at least prevent direct conflicts of interest.

I do also suspect that issues of scale are important. Once any organization gets too big, those at the top lose touch with those near the bottom, and the whole organization becomes more vulnerable to hijacking by sociopaths. And I think this affects any kind of organization, whether it's a business, government, religion, union, etc.
