It does seem naturally European, somehow. I can't recall a specific instance where I saw this overseas . . . maybe from movies. It brings back memories of '60s and '70s in the park in summer. I love the way some things never change.

Hehe.. couldn't resist.. very cool though.. reminds me a little of that one video of the "spontaneous" orchestra jam session in some urban core setting..
