Second wave comes 25-35, when the meds become oppressive, and the self-medication injurious.
Sad fucking thing either way. One of my best friends from childhood and growing up hung himself in his closet last year. He was 36.

It's a real issue that can have deadly outcomes.
A friend of mine had a son who killed himself. He was bright, talented, thoughtful... and dealt with mental illness.
The illness took him.
That's a sad day for any parent.
