US relocating troops and cancelling leave?

I read this earlier and it's the first I've heard of it...

<snip>
The U.S. military, he said, has moved ships and planes toward South Korea, relocated artillery battalions and cancelled military leaves as a precaution. But North Koreans haven’t put units on high alert or taken other similar moves. “The North Koreans have been very careful,” he said. “They know exactly how to walk right up to the wire yet not trigger a crisis.”

Has it been reported anywhere that the US has "relocated artillery battalions and cancelled military leaves" because of North Korea? Some guy said this to the WSJ, but I haven't seen that reported elsewhere.

Which would be my explanation. Usually units in an exercise don't see leave and move assets.

As you asked, I have not seen that either.

N. Korea was put on the Axis of Evil list. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Axis_of_evil

You know it's these small provocations that lead to full-blown conflagrations.
