Europe's recovery arguably under-performing the Great Depression



Perfeser' Krugman compares Europe's recovery from the downturn beginning 2007 with its recovery during the Great Depression and finds that though the recent crash wasn't nearly as bad as 1929, policy makers have managed to fuck up the recovery to the point where the two have become comparable.

Quite an accomplishment.
