it may have been his wife's or girlfriend's. Or it might have been a shared vehicle, and not all the bumper stickers were put on by one person.

8. We used to poke fun at a co-worker

who had to drive his mother-in-law's truck for a while when his was in the shop. She had a bumper sticker that read "Nothing comes between a girl and her truck".

Sometimes I think our teasing is what made him buy a new, much bigger truck.
