The last couple of seasons athletes have worn pink in support of the Susan G. Komen Charity. Hopefully they stop to voice support for Planned Parenthood.

(4,378 posts)Something has to be pink. Players can't try and avoid it by trying to slip in a game without it. The promotion is for 4/5 games. A player won't risk suspension. Not for any cause.

(21,020 posts)When I was younger, the only pink I wore was lipstick/nail polish. Clothing was always dark...navy, brown, dark green, black. Maybe trying to "hide" or something.
As I got older I started liking brighter colors. Now, at 59, I love red. Lots of red, even lipstick (no nail polish...I hate it).
Anyway, pink makes me think of Pepto Bismol, and that makes me think of... intestinal difficulties.
