Romney Calls Decision To Withdraw From Afghanistan ‘Misguided’

Romney Calls Decision To Withdraw From Afghanistan ‘Misguided’

Mitt Romney on Wednesday called the announcement from Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta that the U.S. will withdraw troops from Afghanistan in 2013 “misguided,” saying it's dangerous to let the world know about our military plans. “His naivete is putting in jeopardy the mission of the United States of America and our commitments to freedom,” Romney said.

Keep the presents coming, Mitt. We appreciate your honesty; makes the job SO much easier.

Don't be surprised if you see President Obama doing Cat's Cradles during the debates.

You want your contrast between the two parties and/or a reason to vote for Obama? Well, there it is right here: Republicans didn't want us to leave Iraq and they don't want us to leave Afghanistan EVER. We're out of Iraq under Obama and will be out of Afghanistan next year (if re-elected).

Bush did the same thing in Iraq, Romney could easily do the same thing in Afghanistan.

There might very well be differences in their policy, but we won't know it from what Romney says because he lies even more than most politicians.
