Credit to Michelle, but what you're saying just isn't true.

I have ridiculously long arms - that excuse doesn't fly for me, and doesn't fly for her either. She was short-changing each push up. Ellen was BANGING them out.

When I bench press, it's a lot more meaningful for me to put up certain weights than someone with t-rex arms. Because the weight has to travel *much* more distance because my arms are so damn long.

But the rule of a proper push up is the rule of proper push up.

Mrs. Obama is just such a great person. Good sense of humor and advocating for healthy foods. Not to mention I think she is awesomely attractive.

I adore her. ADORE. HER. And I like Ellen, too. Michelle has longer arms, so her form was different than Ellen's, but both did very impressive push ups. It's harder for women because of the upper body strength thing. Having been in the Army, I know.
