(146,331 posts)for a very, very long time. It's even in the Bible, where the locust is declared OK to eat. If the locusts eat your grain, eat the locusts. It just makes sense.

(12,272 posts)I am pretty sure I could eat locusts. Tried a fried grasshopper when I was younger, just for fun, it wasn't too bad.

In my opinion, served with ice cold vodka, they are on a par with live goldfish.
