Her outburst is widely regarded as a breakdown rather than a considered position, joining forces with a position that seems inspired by lunacy rather than conviction probably doesn't work for them. Also, the response on behalf of venues to close down her tour has been swift and effective, of which they are not going to be ignorant, if they're watching at all. They might not be. They prefer to generate and manage their own narratives rather than exploit opportunities, generally.

Also, she did Occupy stuff and certainly hasn't, to my knowledge, climbed down over that and I don't think the RW is about to get into bed with Occupy.
