Does ANY one know what the word "reform" means?

The thugs that derailed the world's financial stability have continued their pillaging of the world's wealth. Just yesterday on the teevee was a story of billions gone missing and everyone shrugging.

Now we hear the Statutes of Limitations is weeks from expiring on the biggest crimes of 5 years ago and *no* charges are to be filed. The Perfect Crime.

Nothing of significance has changed and no one has been brought to justice.

Sweet, huh?

edit to add the word *no* . . . . which is kinda central to my point
