There's no way that these CPAC ladies are paid political operatives placed in front of the crowd by a strategist.
There's no way that the next photo is a sampling of the Actual GOP.

(6,342 posts)Both parties do that crap with photo ops.
Usually it's obvious as all hell....at least to me it is.

(82,383 posts)There would be a few, though. Probably enough for that photo. And it would be typical of Republicans to look for the few young women who are with them, and pick out the most attractive.
Then again, it's easier just to find some in the world at large and pay them. That too is the Republican Way.

(82,383 posts)for people in my profession, to talk about it. It was my first year! But I was 25 and attractive.
Now I know something to talk about but I'm over 50. No such offers.
It annoys me to see young women giving the news and commentary. They don't know enough, where are the older women who have experience and knowledge.

This is one of the places to watch for voter fraud, voting in two states by geriatric Republicans

(6,829 posts)MSNBC framed it as something like Daytona Beach Spring Break for young conservative Republicans. Lots of college kids. They suggested they may be there more for the party potential than ideology.
I don't think the current Republican Party is held in high regard by today's young people.
And perhaps some are there from the forces of the ALMIGHTY ASTROTURFING CORPORATE FRONT GROUPS.
