Here in WA state we are going for legalizing the whole thing. It will depend on voter turnout if it passes. My husband has a card but its very hard to get the few places left that sell the pot to take in new patients. And very hard to get a local doctor to sign the forms needed.

I'm pretty skeptical that one will get through. A little surprised, in fact, that it's still technically alive, though it looks like it's basically been buried in committee.

These idiots...Marijuana,in theory,grows very well in Texas...why don't we just legalize it,already?
