If you Contact the Komen Organization

http://ww5.komen.org/Contact.aspx

One of the options in the message form lets you select the reason for your contact. In that list is a good option for your message: "Report Improper Conduct."

I wrote that I consider their ending support for a breast examination program by Planned Parenthood to be "improper conduct of the highest order." Then I said that I would withhold all support for their organization until they corrected this misconduct.

I've been looking at an alternative to donate my dollars to, and these two seem to bear out. If there is any question for these please let us all know.

from the Huffington Post:

Komen's new vice president, Karen Handel, had run for governor of Georgia in 2010 on an aggressively anti-abortion and anti-Planned Parenthood platform and was endorsed by Sarah Palin because of her opposition to reproductive choice. Handel wrote in her campaign blog that she "do[es] not support the mission of Planned Parenthood."

If I care enough to send a message, I want that message to be from me, not someone anonymous. Everyone has different ideas about that, though.
