Are guns allowed in CPAC?

If not, why? I would think guns would be welcome at CPAC. They are the party of 2nd amendment rights. If they want guns allowed in bars, parks, schools/colleges, sporting events, the street, the grocery store, state house - why not CPAC?

I betcha they are not allowed.

Heck, CPAC has a dress code and they are telling folks even what shoes are and are not allowed.
I saw a post here on DU about it last night.

Guns are still not allowed outside of the home except for law enforcement and the paid security mercenaries of the 1%.

12. Alas. Just as evil minds hoped for a little gunplay between the Paul and Mitt bots in Tampa.

It appears we will be disappointed again, but I always enjoyed sphagetti westerns.

9. They probably chose the venue to have an excuse.

Someone might ask this question sometime in the media and how could they explain the banning of guns at CPAC? Why would it be unsafe to have guns (among friends) at CPAC but it's not unsafe to have guns everywhere else? So they probably chose a place that wouldn't allow it. Cowards.
