It's an energy ad that has not been uploaded to Crossroads.org as of yet, its new. Im a bit surprised that Rove is up with ads this early in Sacramento.
Romney has no chance of winning here. Rove has to be amping up the negativity to try and protect Dan Lundgren.

Citizens United has made it so that these guys will have so much money to throw around that they'll have trouble figuring out how on earth to spend it all.
