What will the average Joe, Catholic of course, do now?

Are they going to fly those stupid mini flags of their favorite sport's team; HELL, I live in Columbus OH and 10% of the cars fly these flags, paint their cars Scarlet and Gray (OSU's colors) or have some sort of decal displayed.

Will the chant during church, led by the priest, be 'USA, USA, USA' during a regularly scheduled hymn?

Will red be the new color (see the pic at the OP)?

1. Silly question but during the election, do they vet possible popes?

Do they ask about scandals existing that may come to light? Seems they'd want a pope that wasn't going to tarnish the office.

3. Cardinal O'Malley was here at St. Ann's Church in West Palm for a few years. Lovely and personable

man. He was called to Rome (ASAP) to be a problem solver and hardly had time to say good-bye to anyone. We really liked him.
