I post about Drinking Liberally, Tucson just about every week in the Az. forum but we don't have anything as slick as this!

...and is in a high population area. Most take rapid transit or walk to the bar.

I've only been attending for a few months as I am new in the area. I am told that this is actually a shadow of it's former self from around when Obama was elected. They would have 20-30 people each week.

Still, having ten or so people, as we did last night, is huge to me. In the Atlanta chapter, we were lucky to get five people every two weeks, and frequently cancelled get togethers. We had 18 for the State of the Union, and interest is rising for election year.

The bar is very nice to us and lets us put signs in the window. We use Facebook and Twitter to remind people to attend, but are looking for more ways to increase attention.
