But in a nut-shell, I was never late in my history with them, and out of the blue during the crash, I was noticed of their intent to over double my monthly payment amount to them. Breach of good faith agreement. They ended up reducing interest to 2% for life of the loan, but still have an amount of past due on every statement I recieve which I ignore. Their action caused a chain of what could have been disasterous actions by other creditors. Stopped in their tracks, but it wasn't easy and all because Chase bastards are criminals with pencils. My business with them is FOREVER DONE! That's about it.
