Greetings Home Defenders!
It is with a heavy heart and a sense of urgency that we message you today. Things have taken a very serious turn for the worse for Jacqueline Barber. Not only does her health continue to decline under the crushing weight of cancer, but today a judge ruled against her motion to obtain temporary restraining order from the bank. The attorneys for US Bank have scheduled a hearing Friday to request a writ of posession. If they are sucessful, US Bank and GMAC can move forward with eviction.
An eviction really could have deadly implications for Jacqueline. Despite Jacquelines very fair offer to buy her house back for what its worth, they refuse to accept it. We've repeatedly attempted to contact US Bank and GMAC to try to work out a deal in good faith, but it seems their intentions are clear. They want to put Jacqueline and her family out o n the curb.
We need your help more than ever today! It could make all the difference!
CAN YOU MAKE A CALL?
Call Thomas Joyce Senior Vice President of Communications for US Bank
@ (612)-303-3167
Let Mr. Joyce know that US Bank is moving ahead with a great injustice and a PR nightmare. They are trying their hardest to evict a retired Atlanta Police detective in dire stages of her second battle with cancer. Demand that they stop moving towards eviction and accept Jacqueline's offer of market value for her house.
Call the GMAC office responsible for the securitized bundle Jacqueline's loan is held in (RASC 2006-emx2)
@ (818)-260-1400
Ask for the managers of the RASC 2006-emx2 trust. Tell them that they have acquired Ms. Barber's loan and demand that they stop moving forward with eviction. Tell them to accept Jacqueline's offer and stop trying to make a cancer patient homeless.
CAN YOU PLAN A FLASH ACTION AT A US BANK BRANCH THIS WEEK?
Show up with a few friends at a US Bank branch and demand that US Bank stop eviction proceedings and accept Jacqueline's offer of market value.
