@davidaxelrod
How cute is it that he's getting Bo to look out the window, probably saying, "Look, Bo...that's where Newt lives. Go shit on his lawn!"
Kick and Rec (when I get home)
It's a Bo-bomb!

We may not have Mitt Romney's money, but our dog knows we love him enough to make sure he's safe when we're riding in the car.

(32,822 posts)The dog should be in a crate. Smaller dogs can be on the seat with a special harness that hooks into the seat belt but Bo's just plain too big.

(809 posts)No need for Bo to be in a crate, besides, a large crate will not fit in the limo. I would much rather see Bo riding with the POTUS, not restrained, than in some following staff car, where he would not be able to give the President his advice on matters of state.

(27,985 posts)Ask anyone who has ever been held up by the Presidential convoy. They could walk faster than that souped up limo ever does.

(65,168 posts)I've got a harness for my dog, and the one we had before that. Walt is 8 months old and weighs around 70# and Barney weighed 95#. They make the harnesses big enough for that.
I use one mostly because in good weather i drive a ragtop and i didn't want my dog becoming a missile because i hit the brakes for a squirrel. But, since they get used to it really quickly, i use whether we're in the convertible or not.
I think you might have to get up into the St. Bernard range before the large harnesses wouldn't fit.

Not unlike the way the two parties treat people.

I nearly sprayed my keyboard, too, when you posted it and I saw it for the first time. In fact, it never gets old. It's just as funny the 10th time as the first time!

(27,617 posts)The Official Site of Dogs Against Romney(TM) founded 2007. Hi, I'm Rusty. Mitt Romney is mean to dogs. Help me get my message out about the Mitt Romney dog on roof story. Putting a dog on the car roof is abuse. Remember Crate-Gate. I ride inside

(10 posts)Just like the GOP front runner. I don't know what people see in this guy. He is a piss poor excuse for a candidate. They expect this guy to represent the 99%? I suppose there are a lot of stupid people out there.
