I figure the deficit, maybe a small percentage can be attributed to him. The debt, that belongs 100% to the Reeps.

My point is: some deficit spending is a good thing in recession. Obama did at first jack up spending ( not much, but a bit) in some carefully targeted areas, and achieved the stimulative effects he was aiming for. Since then, he has helped reduce deficits as you correctly point out.
