Make sequester cuts in Republican Districts that elected tea party like candidates.

If their representatives like small to no government and want the sequester to happen, it makes sense to close military bases and shut down defense contracting operations in those right wing districts and to shut down federal facilities/cut transportation funding/airport facilities and so on in those districts and fulfill their wishes for less government involvement in their lives. It seems that some Republicans need to experience few to no government services/help to understand that government is not the problem. LBJ would have done this or threatened to do this to get his legislative agenda through. It works.
