It's Liberty Medical and their come on for diabetes supplies, and the Medical Care Club and their ads for catheters abuse the system no less than the Scooter Store.
Maybe the FBI will get to these folks soon.

(53,661 posts)I still see some people with very utilitarian ones braving the crosswalks to get around, not the fancy ones that get advertised. When they are charged up, they can really move.
Standard wheelchairs don't work for everyone. We have quadrapelgics who operate theirs with a straw in their mouth which is held there by a rod to use it. A lot of those are Iraqi veterans.
Fortunately where I live the sidewalks have been altered for them to travel whenever they can, and the only thing missing is rain protection. You have to look for them all the time when you're driving as they aren't as visible, of course. I find that people are careful and considerate and yield to those using scooters, wheelchairs and walkers.
