5. The way to make sense of this is to understand that the Tea Party doesn't say what it means

They aren't really against Big Govt. They are against seeing even a dime of their tax money going to help black and brown people. And uppity women.

This is what causes them to say things like: "Keep the govt out of my medicare" - the way to decode this word salad is that they're upset at the idea of anybody outside the White Male Patriarchy being helped with "their money."
