If everything is "God's" will and someone takes all of your stuff, isn't that God's will too?

And if I have faith that it is and you have faith that it isn't, which one of us is right?

Is bad stuff that happens only God's will when someone else does the bleeding for that cross some people call liberty and others call oppression?
