Mark Block, as you might recall if you remember all the not-Romneys last year, was Herman Cain's chief of staff.

Cain's candidacy devolved from "fringe" to "sick joke" when Block made an ad that ended with him taking a huge drag on a cigarette.

Similarly, Rubio may have ended up the same way, but with a glass of water this time.

but I know the man who was on Time's cover a few weeks ago as the Savior of the Republican Party,
has because of this weirdly hysterical drink taking (as well as his disjointed, deja-vu, automaton message) lost any chance at the nomination.
Just because he is bilingual, does not make him much of a candidate.
I'm bilingual too. Have been almost all my life, and could make that into more linguals at the drop of a Berlitz total immersion course.
