Marco Rubio's personal finances clash with call for fiscal discipline

http://www.tampabay.com/news/politics/national/marco-rubios-personal-finances-clash-with-call-for-fiscal-discipline/1129566

For a candidate promising to put America's fiscal house in order, Marco Rubio has a tough time keeping his own house tidy, plagued by questionable spending and sloppy accounting.

On the campaign trail, Rubio likes to say "politicians don't create jobs." But politics, directly and indirectly, has generated Rubio's sizeable income, even as he has accumulated substantial debt and saw one of his homes nearly go into foreclosure.

As Rubio climbed the ranks, he began to use little-noticed political committees to fund his travel and other expenses and later had a Republican Party of Florida credit card.

What emerged, records show, is a pattern of blending personal and political spending. Over and over again Rubio proved sloppy, at best, in complying with disclosure requirements.

RPOF has kept them out of the limelight. Rubio hasn't yet faced national scrutiny, by either media or opposition. Its gonna get ugly for him.

I'm interested in Rubio's skeletons as I expect to actively work for his Democratic opponent in 2016. Details? Links?

He's used RPOF and campaign funds for personal expenses- covered by Tampa Bay Times, and probably Miami Herald, in the past.
And Fl legislators don't make much salary...where's his money come from? Check financial disclosures, and Income tax filings (if he releases them in a presidential bid). There's also a mortgage default on a house he co-owned in Tally...I think there's a bankruptcy in there too. The guy is a financial disaster.

Especially inre the hookers accompanying the Bahamas junket. Helps Crist out since his name won't be dragged through the mud. But there's plenty of dirt on Rubio. Much has been reported, but it tends to end up on page 8, section B. He hasn't faced a particularly nasty opponent yet, though. Nor has he faced real close scrutiny by national media. If he runs for Pres, there will be plenty for primary and general opponents to use. If he thinks he has drymouth now, wait till the spotlight gets turned up.

Has an article speculating Greer was bought off. They don't come right out and say it, but if you read between the lines thats what they're saying.

The hypocrisy is no shock to us anymore, but we should keep it in mind----and make sure everyone else knows about it.

I was trying to find the best quotes from this article, and there is just too much information that is important to pick and choose.

poster boy. Rubio is a world-class scumbag and the more he is out there, the clearer voters see what he is and what the republican party stands for.
