Ok, I need help (because I am *at* *it* again) With any legit link proving President Obama

cut spending and that he included the two wars as part of the budget, and not the supplementals.

Please, please, I am in the thick of it right now (and happen to HATE the google function on the new macs. It is HORRID)

Try this:
As for war costs, Mr. Bush included little or none in his annual military budgets, instead routinely asking Congress for supplemental appropriations during the year. Mr. Obama will include cost projections for every year through the 2019 fiscal year to cover “overseas military contingencies” — nearly $500 billion over 10 years.

Again, I'm not vetting these or reading all the way through, because you have a live one on Twitter or Facebook or whatever, but here you go:

Historical tables: http://www.cbo.gov/publication/43904
This year's projections: http://www.cbo.gov/publication/43907

(Always go to the source.)

Don't slip up and forget that the FY2009 budget was *Bush's*. Not Obama's. 2009 Outlays were 3.517 Trillion.

Obama has not *cut* spending. He has held it basically static for the last four years. That is however unprecedented in the last 50 years. You have to go back to the wind-down from WWII to find the last time anything like that happened. and considering the fact that the budget naturally has to grow to account for inflation and population growth not EVEN taking into account that he had to prevent the economy from completely collapsing while this was all going on that is freaking miraculous.

The only real criticism a rational person could make is he should have spent *more*.

Budget deficit is now several hundred billion smaller than when he took office too. That usually blows the minds of people who get their information from Fox news.
