Forecast falling apart in WNY

The winds in Rochester are out of the E/SE pushing the bulk of the snow up over / towards the lakeside communities; it's pouring rain here at 36 degrees...

Forecast twelve hours ago had 1-3 inches of snow on the ground already.

The southern tier watches/warnings are being downgraded to advisories...

Upgraded to 3-5 inches of snow (from an earlier 1-2 inches forecast), but I think we will have more than that by the time it is over.
