IIRC, it took over 2 years to complete the tattoo. Beautiful work.

But the woman who's photo it is, had a double mastectomy & she posted the image on a support site. It's so beautiful.

I would think so as it is unlikely that any state law would have that fit their definition of public indecency. Or if it did could possibly need to redefine it or throw out the state law.

like the many young women sporting body paint at Oregon Country Fair. There, it is an accepted cultural norm and treated with proper acceptance and frankly, indifference.

Mostly wanted to commend the body art.
