So, the MEdia is NOW concerned about overuse of executive power.

Now, you know, that there is a 'photoshoppped' skeet shooter in office.

Where was the outrage when Rumsferatu changed the entire direction of US defense with the "Bush Doctrine'? (Yes, Sarah, there was a Bush Doctrine)

Where was the outrage when the Neocons referred to the Geneva Conventions as 'quaint"?

Where was the outrage when Bush referred to the Constitution as a "goddamned piece of paper"?

Morning Jerk is already using this White Paper as a justification for Yoo "He looks like an ACLU lawyer in comparison to this"

The MEdia has it's Koch blinders on again. Yes, the targeting of American citizens is concerning. But what we have is an undated leaked white paper from unidentified sources once again. I think they are drawing way too many conclusions at this point. IMHO.
