YouTube Trolls Bully Mentally Disabled Veteran

Some YouTube trolls thought it would be funny to get my mentally ill veteran brother, served in GW1, into a skype call, record him without his knowledge, and then post it on the site with some of his personal information. Please help and flag this video for bullying. I would appreciate any help

That is seriously messed up. I had an uncle who served in Vietnam and our family always had to help him and keep an eye on him when he came back.
