Look at his personal net worth since 2000. He wanted to bring the whole country along with him, but the Supreme Court gave us an idiot draft dodger instead. The US could have lead the world in the industry of clean energy, and we missed the window. Hopefully we can still grab it somehow.

The one Percent Doctrine by Ron Suskind.

It was based on a quote from Cheney basically to the effect that he would invade any country even if there was only a one percent chance they were developing WMD
