So the TV ads for The Pittsburgh Gun Show....

have a voice-over that says, "Protect your Second Amendment rights, buy your guns while you can.". Nothing like getting our redneck population even more riled up here in Southwest PA. Thank you NRA.

And like that Rolling Stone article shows pretty conclusively, thirty years of gun misery have largely been about moving product.

In a former life I was very briefly a timeshare salesperson. The main motivator we were told to pitch was "fear of loss".
Loss of youth, loss of your marriage, loss of time with your children, all "solved" by buying an overpriced timeshare.

PS you can buy timeshares for the cost of the closing costs (around $500) on Ebay.
