(15,438 posts)4. And it's why the GOP *doesn't* want to nominate Gingrich. eom

(24,331 posts)8. Well, the party insiders don't. It looks like the base does. nt
BlueCaliDem
(15,438 posts)9. That's true, but this coming election is not the midterms
and the base are inconsequential because the turnout will dwarf the midterms. At least, that's how Chris Matthews and his Republican guests are playing it.
Go Noot go!! I don't want the election the be close, the indys will not vote for Noot.

(3,491 posts)3. This is still a major concern to me, more than Gingrich or Romney ------>
Xi meets Jeb Bush, calls for closer cooperation between China, US.
WHY DID JEB BUSH GO TO CHINA, and meet with Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping (perported next President of China)?
BlueCaliDem
(15,438 posts)5. Jebbie is going to run in 2016
and he needs to strengthen ties with China and ask for their support through their corporations here in the U.S.
That's my take, anyway.
